CONFERENCE EVENTS

At the BEST WESTERN Krakow Old Town, we know just how important it is that your business meetings and conferences run without a hitch in an atmosphere of professionalism and comfort. We offer two fully-equipped conference rooms, ideal for seminars, training courses, conferences and business meetings. The Small Conference Room is designed to accommodate gatherings of up to 45 people in a cinema-type configuration, while the Park Room will seat up to 65.

Both rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with:

• WiFi Internet access
• a multimedia projector
• an LCD TV,
• a DVD player
• a screen
• flipcharts
• a sound system.

We are also happy to organise a range of coffee breaks for participants in training courses and conferences, as well as full catering as requested by the client.
The lobby is equipped with an Internet booth and computer station for the convenience of our guests and the reception staff will make photocopying and printing facilities available on request.
